Meet Trinity Lightfoot

If you weren’t a real estate agent, what would you be doing?

I think about this often! I am a former teacher, so that is the default answer. However, if I could do life over, I would have gone to school for architecture and interior design. I would love to build homes and buildings from plans on.

What is your dream house?

My dream house would be a mid-century modern ranch. I DREAM of finding one when we move. I would love a mcm ranch, sat back from the street, with beautiful evergreen sporadically spread out across the large estate lot. The inside? A beautiful mix of midcentury, nature, settle bougie, moody, and boho.

If you had one weekend to show off our city to a friend—where are you taking them?

First things first: we're getting coffee at Rochester. As a Northlander, my family and I absolutely love spending our slow mornings in Downtown Parkville. Then, we're headed to brunch (coffee and pastries are just the warm-up). We’re heading to Drag Brunch at Hamburger Mary’s! After brunch, it’s time to play tourist. I’d take my friend on a little sightseeing adventure around KC, starting with skyline views from the Westin or the rooftop park above Cosentino’s. As the afternoon rolls in, we’re bar-hopping our way through some local favorites—Mean Mule for cocktails, Sail Away Wine for wine, and Servaes Brewing for some fun brew. And for dinner? Of course, were going to Joe’s.

Weirdest thing you've seen during a home tour?

My clients and I pulled up and the sellers were still there, but they knew we were coming and would be around. We got there, enter the home, and the sellers are yelling at each other. We left promptly.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Going for coffee, Swig, and the Sims 4 ✨

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I have great long-term memory. I can tell you memories from my 4th birthday on; I am talking little details.
