It’s a dog fight where even the winning dog doesn’t necessarily “win” because they must give up $25k+ over asking and the ability to make sure the biggest purchase of their lives cannot be looked over by a licensed contractor.

After studying music therapy at the University of Kansas, I made a hard pivot and got into restaurant management. My time in restaurants gave me a strong foundation in customer service, which has benefitted me to this day. It also taught me that I crave a flexible schedule and being my own boss. I then moved on to become a home stager! I was finally self-employed, running my own company, Kansas City Staging, LLC. I soon realized that what I really wanted was to become a realtor.
