My name is Dan Martin and I have been in Real Estate for just over 10 years. I started Kansas City Realty Services with my wife Melissa in 2017. We wanted to independently offer everything to our agents without having to jump through hoops that other brokerages may require of them. I found the countless fees added up for myself as an agent and was a deterrent for success. That is why we have no transaction or hidden fees at Kansas City Realty Services. We start our agents at 80/20 commission split with possible growth to 100% commission earned. We value our agents and the work they put into each deal. At Kansas City Realty Services, we strive to offer 24/7 support to those who join our team. We are not the type of brokerage to take you on as an agent and leave you to fail. The support we offer is customized to each agents needs.
Overall, my time in real estate comes a myriad of assets that I am able to give to any buyer, seller, or investor. I grew up personally rehabbing and flipping homes with my family while I was in college. This knowledge has been extremely beneficial to my past clients. Typically, I am able to walk into any property and can see immediately what work would need to be done. I have worked as a General Contractor throughout the years which also means I have a great list of service providers and knowledge of how much that service would cost my client. I keep the best of Kansas City contractors close so that my clients may have quick and reasonably priced updates when buying or selling their home, which is also why I have a passion on investing in Kansas City real estate and our community.
