Hi there, Kimmy Johansen here, I am a Kansas City native and know my way around just about any part of the city. I currently reside in KC with my partner and 3 dogs. I love to explore all Kansas City has to offer- running trails, yoga studios, mixology and incredible restaurants.
I graduated in 2016 from UMKC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and have continued to use that through my freelance writing and project management roles. I would consider myself an avid traveler and would gladly recommend a hostel half way around the world or tell you about the time I went kayaking in South East Asia. I have found that new experiences traveling always grow my appreciation for Kansas City a little fonder.
I have an extensive background in property management and use that to assist my clients, investors and myself through my real estate career. Buying a home can be one of the most stressful processes in your life and I vow to help make that as seamless as possible.
