Best Practices
for Getting Support


We want to make ourselves as available and helpful to you as possible while maintaining a healthy work/life balance and getting everything done that’s needed in this busy industry. Below are some guidelines for the best way to get reach us. Don’t be shy!


• Our office hours are subjective, and you may experience longer wait times for a response on weekends or holidays. Ask us if we are in the office before stopping by if you need us in person, as we are frequently out and about. That said, office hours are usually Monday - Friday 10 to 4pm.

• If you don’t get a response from Dan after 24 hours, reach out to Melissa or Peyton.

• We all check email daily as time allows, but if there are time sensitive or emergent questions/needs please text both Dan and Melissa.

• Avoid the office phone line (816-912-3580) as it’s mainly for clients (& scam calls, unfortunately.)

• If you have multiple questions, the best approach is to schedule a meeting, call, or zoom through the button below.
