I am a licensed real estate agent with Kansas City Realty Services, LLC in Missouri and Kansas. Since joining Kansas City Realty, I have sold everything from single-family homes to multi-unit apartment complexes.

I have maintained 100% client satisfaction as a Realtor®, which is something I am very proud of. As a small business owner since 2012, I’ve learned that reputation and client service are EVERYTHING, and this experience is the pillar of my business philosophy and why I chose to begin a career in real estate. My #1 goal is to ensure my clients have a positive, low-stress experience by maintaining constant communication throughout the transaction and beyond. I am proud to say most of my clients become my personal friends!

Since I was a young child, I have had a love for architecture and interior design. My love of history, coupled with this love of buildings has fueled my passion for real estate and old homes. I personally have only owned homes that are 95+ years old and I know the rewards (and labors) of ‘old home love.’ I love sharing this passion with those who are looking for their ‘own home love’ – whether it be in a new home, old home, condo, townhouse or anything in-between!

  • Having dealt with multiple brokers in the past Sarah stands out as a true professional. In an industry that is full of licensed, yet inexperienced brokers, she is a refreshing change. Throughout the process of the sale of my property to an FHA buyer, she was on top of things (which is of utmost importance as small oversights can lead to a deal imploding). Many Realtors have other agendas that spill over into their interaction with either you, or the other party involved. Not so with Sarah. She never pushed or prodded me in a direction I didn't want to go, and was quick to respond to any inquiries.
