Leasing

Submit your lease and/or leasing agency agreement in the submit contracts page on your portal. If you are not sure what the commission amount will be please let Peyton know as soon as possible.

Create a folder in Dropbox with the address and include: signed Lease Agreement, signed Lease, MLS sheet, and leasing commission letter. Once the file is complete and the invoice is received you will be paid your commission at your current split.

Definitions

• Invoice Date: date that KCR will send the invoice to the person who owes commission

• Commission Amount: amount on the invoice that we will send to the person responsible for commission, once received we will then pay you at your current split

• Lease Value: total rent over the entire term of the lease
